My client is looking for a Business Change and Transformation recruiter to join their growing team of specialist consultants. My client has an extensive track record of delivering change programmes in areas that require niche expertise, including M&A, technology, operational effectiveness, project management, behavioral and cultural change, internal processes, finance management, regulatory change and system implementation.
The role would suit experienced recruiters with a minimum of three years’ in the industry with experience up to the level of billing manager, who are change or tech specialists within my client’s key markets; Insurance, FinTech/FS, Legal or Management Consulting.
The client would also consider those with experience in HR Change (WorkDay, SAP or PeopleSoft expertise), Data, Data Science, BI/Data warehousing, IT Security, Info Security, Cyber Sec.
