My client is a privately owned and well-established recruitment business covering IT & Cyber Security, Corporate Security and Resilience, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Audit. From their offices in London and New York, they work with businesses across financial services, commerce & industry, and professional services throughout Europe, Middle East and North America. Their services include executive search, contingent perm, interim and salary benchmarking.
The client currently requires a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their information Security Europe team, where you will will report directly to International Director. You will be fully responsible for leading the Information Security European presence and be expected to play an integral, influential role within the global Information Security division. Whilst there are several existing clients and candidates to work from, this role will also require you to develop and build out your own network. You will proactively collaborate with international teams, participate in quarterly global information security meetings and meet clients and candidates as required within Europe – this might be 1-2 trips per quarter.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of technology and/or information/cyber security recruitment, have previous experience as a 360 consultant and have strong business development skills, being able to provide evidence of success in this area. The most important attribute will be your attitude, personality and drive to assist us in building out the client’s European division.
