The Senior Finance and CFO practice is well established and has some impressive billing history, they work on retained searches between £100-300k. This is an entrepreneurial practice with plans to grow the Interim business, they understand now is a good time to move for interim candidates and they have a strong budget to build out the team. Consequently, they are looking for a number two to support the Head of Interim. The practice currently focus on CFO and CFO-1/-2 level appointments across Senior Finance, Treasury, Transformation & Corporate Development. This hire will focus on working at day rates above £500 & Fixed Term Contracts of £100K. The interim business is established and the systems are streamlined.
