My client is a specialist international corporate governance recruitment company looking to fill a warm desk within their Treasury team. They are looking for an experienced FS or Banking Recruitment Consultant looking to earn money and grow with a leading specialist recruiter.
The Treasury team is an established team of two, one a director who has been with the business for 15 years and the other a principal consultant who worked for Michael Page, where she was the biggest biller 3 years in a row (£400k+ p.a). Between them they have 35 years of experience and are considered to be one of the two market leaders in the Treasury space. Clients include Tier 1 investment banks, Tier 2 international banks, universal banks, challenger banks, the Bank of England and consulting firms who have a treasury/ALM advisory service line.
Both team members will bill in excess of £300k this year, of which 80% is perm! The director in the team is looking to move away from front line recruitment due to his position on the UK Ops Board and my client is looking for someone to take on some of his clients. Therefore this is a warm desk with the potential for high earnings and to develop further.
My client are looking for someone, ideally, with 4+ years of recruitment experience focused on the banking sector. This can be finance, risk, quants, treasury, compliance or front office/sales or someone who has a decent understanding of banking as they can teach the successful candidate about treasury. They’re looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, sales focused, competitive, proactive, ambitious, sharp and eager to earn money. If you feel like this is you, get in touch.
