My client has grown into one of the most respected boutique search and recruitment firms in the UK. They are a multi-million pound turnover business working with exceptional candidates, an array of FTSE clients and some really interesting SMEs in London and nationally. They’re a mid-sized specialist.
The business operates across Commerce and Industry and focuses specifically on qualified, senior level finance and accountancy – typical salary ranges from £50-£300k, their sweet spot is in the £60-90k bracket. They operate across the Interim and Permanent markets and offer retained and contingent solutions to their clients.
Having recently appointed a new senior leadership team, the business is now looking to add a number of polished Recruitment Consultant’s into their Interim and Perm teams.
Ideally this hire will be a distinguished Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultant with upwards of 18 months operating experience. Candidates that have operated outside of this sector will be considered, if they have a track record in liaising effectively with a senior client and candidate network.
Culturally the business can offer a fantastic platform; a unique mixture of autonomy and the stable, collegiate direction when needed. This opportunity would lend itself well to someone that wants to work in a collaborative, mature environment.
This hire will be rewarded very well through a competitive basic salary and commission structure. There will also be fantastic opportunities to develop into leadership roles as the business continues with their ambitious growth strategy throughout 2017.
