My client is an extremely credible multi-sector Search firm that operates specialist practices across Finance, HR, Supply chain, Technology, Transformation and Executive Leadership with a strong global reach. They are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Finance Team in London.
Everything this firm does revolves around supporting organizations to deliver their transformation programmes. They provide additional transformation expertise and support to organizations looking to grow their transformation experience and maintain close on-going relationships with everyone they work with to generate long-term loyalty. This client are able to deliver a selective list of high-quality potential candidates very quickly, using a mix of business consulting, interim management and executive search services. They build blended project teams of external and internal talent who can articulate, implement and embed any transformation project throughout the business.
There are 30 fee earners in the business with the average permanent biller doing about £400k/pa and average interim biller doing c£800k. They are supported by a small research team and also have 3 functional specialist delivery consultants that just fill jobs
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 4 years’ experience, ideally recruiting Finance professionals, but other transferable backgrounds will be considered. The role will require a candidate who can manage a 360 desk, doctoring multiple roles as well as further developing their area of the market.
