- £30000 - £40000 per annum + Benefits + uncappped commission + high OTE
My client is now looking to add an experienced recruitment consultant to this successful desk; expected to bill £500k this year. You would be joining a desk where there are live roles to work on from day one, working with some amazing clients. They are currently inundated with roles due to their presence in the market, which they dominate across a global remit.
Typically, salaries range between £50-200k across Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Executive Compensation, Payroll, Pensions, HR Systems, Management Information and both in-house and consultancy positions.
Although a background working across these markets is advantageous my client is keen to meet with recruiters that can boast strong billings and a proven track record of successfully recruiting HR/rewards/benefits across the finance or commerce and industry sectors. Previous exposure to recruiting internationally across EMEA will be beneficial.
