They are looking for an experienced Retail Head Office Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding firm.
As a Retail Head Office Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will receive huge commercial exposure, as you build and maintain effective relationships with both new and existing candidates and clients. You will source new talent, interview candidates and deliver first class shortlists for roles whilst independently managing your own client base. Additionally, you will deliver set financial revenue targets through business development. There is a clear path to management as you will lead an Associate Consultant to ensure they are motivated, performing at a high standard and are committed to achieving successful delivery of their targets for promotion up to Consultant level. Consequently, you will gain the skills to build a highly successful division.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 12 months’ experience successfully managing a team within the Recruitment Industry. Consequently, you will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, paying close attention to detail. You will be confident working in a fast-paced and target-based environment, being able to display resilience, motivation and strong time management skills.
There is a highly competitive base salary plus a generous commission scheme available. Additionally, you will be rewarded with both quarterly and annual bonuses.
