My client is a leading global Corporate Governance Recruitment specialist with offices across Asia, EMEA and North America. They are looking for a senior Recruitment Consultant to join their hugely successful interims legal team.
As a Recruitment Consultant working in the Interims Legal team you will work in a warm sector area with huge potential to develop into a high billing desk. You will headhunt relevant candidates and manage existing client relationships. You will be given clients to work with from the outset. You will be expected to introduce yourself to these clients at organised client meetings representing yourself and the wider team as a preferred supplier of the business. You will also be tasked with developing your own portfolio of clients from companies that are already on the database and have worked with the firm in the past or new clients you have decided to target and develop yourself.
The ideal candidate, you will be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with between 18 months and 5 years’ experience focussing on a professional sector (ideally legal or another central function in the banking sector). Although advantageous, previous legal subject matter expertise is not a prerequisite as you will be trained in this. Previous temporary recruitment experience is not essential, but would again be advantageous. You will have a quality focussed sales approach be confident in building existing relationships, developing new business, and taking ownership of this area. It is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience of developing your.
