Senior Research Associate – Board Practice

A tier one client of ours is looking for a research associate or senior research associate for their Board Practice team. This client has THE leading board practice within the UK, mandates are often global for some of the most well respected organisations including large corporations, family and private equity controlled entities, emerging growth companies as well as educational and cultural organisations.

In this role the hire will be expected to partner Consultants in all aspects of business development and search execution. They will be able to manage projects and be able to hold the client team accountable against agreed expectations, they will also mentor and develop multiple Analysts and Senior Analysts while ensuring a comprehensive search process.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about research and proud of the work they produce, they will have a track record of delivering high quality research, will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of research methodologies and tools.

Four years of experience within executive search, two of which within Board Practice is a prerequisite as well as strong academics and the ability to act as a collaborative team member with all colleagues.
