My client, a consultancy serving fast-growing Digital Ecommerce businesses, requires a Senior Talent Manager to join their Talent Acquisition team.
- Supporting the Head of Talent, you will lead the delivery and team build-outs of FMCG organisations that are already clients of the consultancy
- You’ll work on complex roles, identifying and attracting the best talent for firms in international locations
- Your clients will be PE/VC backed eCommerce clients - predominantly within the food industry
- You will understand and be proud of the important role the Talent team brings to helping these firms grow
- Roles will be permanent Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Product
- Senior FMCG recruiters with the gravitas to operate in the exciting world of start-ups and fast-growth firms will work well in this environment
