My client is an international boutique search firm who are based between London and Sydney. They focus on appointments at the equivalent UK benchmark of between £50,000 – £150,000k, but will deal with anything up to c. £500,000, from Assistant Manager through to Partner level. They work predominantly across Finance, Operations & Strategy and Technology. They are the preferred suppliers to global businesses such as Deloitte, PwC, EY and KPMG as well as large organisations and SME’s across their global remit.
They are now looking to add a search consultant to their growing Tax business. You will also be working closely with the UK managing partner on senior level search mandates which would be a great for ongoing development. Due to the nature of the mandates that you will be working on, it is essential that you are comfortable in liaising with senior candidates and clients.
As the business continues to expand steadily, the opportunity to grow into a senior management on an executive billing role will become available. This is a non-stuffy, fast paced and youthful search environment and a genuinely unique one at that!
This is an opportunity for an experience contingency recruitment professional that is now looking to take the step up into the executive search area on fully retained, cross border and international senior level mandates. Ideally you will be a graduate who has over 3 years+ professional services recruitment experience and you will possess the hunger and determination to succeed in a fast-paced search environment.
