- £35000 - £60000 per annum + high OTE
My client is an independent Recruitment firm that operates in Supply Chain & Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and Technical markets with a focus on Consumer Goods. They operate across EMEA and are looking for a Team Leader/Manager to manage the European division.
As a Team Leader/Manager, you will primarily be responsible for taking over some major client accounts and to grow an area of established strength through increased headcount. You will deal with major blue-chip organisations and delivery a high level of retained work.
Ideally you will have experience in either R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing or Procurement however this is not essential. You will have experience managing blue chip accounts, ideally internationally, be polished and professional in your approach, have strong commercial and account manager skills, have relationship building ability, and have experience mentoring others and be ambitious in developing these management skills. Ideally you will have language skills in French/German/Dutch.
For the successful candidate there is opportunity for equity as well as a basic salary of up to £60k + commission and other exciting benefits.
