Our tier one client is looking for Researcher for their Financial Services practice. As Researcher you will support the partner and consultant with quality research and continuously expand the knowledge pool of likely future candidates and emerging companies. You will manage the search processes end-to-end, to include; pitch preparation, research, candidate interviewing, extensive amounts of written work, and managing the candidate/client journey through to the successful conclusion of a search and beyond. You will also be efficient at establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates as well as internally.
The successful hire will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience within Executive Search as a Researcher or Associate. It is essential that you have work experience in a client facing role and the ability to think through and deal with the complexity that surrounds executive and Board level appointments.
