My client is an award winning, professional services recruitment organisation, with offices in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. They are now looking to hire a graduate for their growing secretarial team within their London office.
As a leading multi sector recruitment firm my client has a been placing candidates since the mid 90’s on a permanent, contract and interim basis in risk, compliance, finance, banking operations, internal audit, HR and support & administration.
You would be responsible for targeting, engaging and attracting secretarial candidates for the consultants to place; this is order to gain appreciation for the environment and build your knowledge and network. After this initial period you will be given opportunity to progress into a consultant where you would be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle placing secretarial and office support staff into a client base that spans financial services, commerce and industry.
You will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 classification. You will be polished, driven and ambitious, with a resilient work ethic. A background working in a sales environment would be advantageous as a career in recruitment is very much a sales focused, target driven environment.
