A specialist recruitment company focusing on Recruitment to Recruitment, Search to Search, HR & Talent Acquisition is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a hugely successful and well-established business that places Recruitment and Executive Search professionals across London and internationally.
As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will support a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants by helping to identify and attract the best talent within these industries. You will liaise with some of the most renowned clients internationally across all major industries and sectors, from Life Sciences to Consumer, Fashion and Retail to Technology, Digital, Financial Services, Marketing, HR, and many more. Additional tasks will be to keep up to date with relevant industry news and maintain the company’s database and social media presence.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong degree from a top university, be confident in communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate motivation and determination in their approach to work. Ideally, you will be a graduate looking to kick-start your career, or someone looking for a change in sector. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team and show initiative at all times.
The successful candidate will be offered a strong base salary plus a very competitive uncapped commission scheme. You will be well encouraged and supported in your career progression and offered continuous professional development throughout, with the aim of developing into a highly efficient and successful Recruitment Consultant joining a team of experts placing Recruitment and Executive Search professionals around the world.
