A large, well-established global Technology firm is now looking for a Recruitment Director to support its rapidly growing business in the UK. The role will lead recruiting for all experienced hire recruiting across one of the firms most dynamic areas.
The hire will report to the EMEA Senior Recruitment Director and will manage a team of 5-6 recruiters based in south west London. You will be responsible for recruiting up to 300 hires each year, mostly across sales and presales functions at all levels throughout the organization, whilst pro-actively maintaining pipelines and building talent pools for key roles in the UK as well as the larger, international remit.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with the ability to partner with line managers and senior stakeholders within a matrix structure, understand their business plans, recruitment needs and translate these into viable, cost effective recruitment solutions. You will be required to manage large projects at a group level.
You will be a degree educated individual that possesses extensive leadership experience within a corporate recruitment environment; agency focused or within a direct sourcing model. The ability to hire, train and retain a team is essential as you will be required to build your practice as the firm continues to grow. You must be a bright, articulate individual who is able to solve problems analytically and look at the long term picture.
