This tells us a huge amount about a firm’s morals, integrity and ‘ability’ to pay! I believe that the clients who are grateful to us for the work we do on their behalf, are probably experiencing the same gratitude from their own clients. I know I’d like to work for a business that has a grateful client base that rewards them for their efforts, rather than an Agency or Search firm who are in constant battle with its clients. If we are treated well, and fairly, we know this means that their clients are also being dealt with in the same way.
