At Carlin Hall we act as supplier to some of the world’s leading providers of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. We hire across the multiple RPO/MSP functions, encompassing On-Site and In-House positions.
RPO/On-Site and In-House Recruiters are ultimately responsible for developing appropriate talent acquisition strategies across the Client and managing the end-to-end Global Recruiting process. Depending on type of role the recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates externally for approved roles via PSL vendors and direct methods, as well as managing all direct applicants from any direct advertising. Onsite recruiters are also responsible for the coordination of the recruitment process for internal mobility candidates and employee referrals as well as managing the relationship between the PSL vendors and client.
You will be expected to deliver on agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas within the client and ensure that the right candidates are recruited at the right price. Partnering with the business is key and recruiters must build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Line Managers, HR Business Partners and Candidates whilst providing them with the highest level of service and required support.
We encourage applicants from RPO/In-House backgrounds to fill these positions but equally are keen to see candidates with a strong contingent recruiting background. Evidence of strong client relationship skills within either are attractive to these employers.
