HR, On-Site or In-House Recruiters are ultimately responsible for developing appropriate talent acquisition strategies across the Client and managing the end-to-end Global Recruiting process. Depending on the type of role, the recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates externally for approved roles via PSL vendors and direct methods. Onsite recruiters are also responsible for the coordination of the recruitment process for internal mobility candidates and employee referrals as well as managing the relationship between the PSL vendors and client.
You will be expected to deliver on agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas within the client and ensure that the right candidates are recruited at the right price. Partnering with the business is key and recruiters must build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Line Managers and HR Business Partners whilst providing them with the highest level of service and required support.
We encourage applicants from RPO/In-House backgrounds to fill these positions but equally are keen to see candidates with a strong contingent recruiting background. Evidence of strong client relationship skills within either is attractive to these employers.
